Patricia Kendrick –
I have read all 3 of these and the first 2 Ruby books and have loved them all! I was in the hospital for 6 days last year and I found the first book there that someone had left. The inspiring quotes in the book gave me hope and got me through being in the hospital for that long during Thanksgiving and into December. I have loaned my books to others and they too have been uplifted and inspired! I really can’t say enough good about this set of books! I highly recommend them for anyone as a gift or for themselves
Linda Gubler –
I enjoyed the Isaac series VERY much. The symbolism was powerful. This trilogy was life changing for me. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Powerfully appropriate for today, and every day. Thank you Ben for sharing your stories!

My 95 year old mother read all three of the Remembering Isaac trilogy books in a single week, hardly taking time out to eat. Somewhere in the middle of that she was treated for an abscessed tooth. It was an annoying interruption to the magic carpet ride that took her to a happier place where interpersonal relationships were everything, and social isolation imposed by COVID restrictions ceased to exist. Maybe now that she’s done, I’ll finally be able to get my hands on them. Maurine is disheartened that the Isaac series has ended, abruptly returning her to our challenges, so we are ordering the Ruby series for her continued pleasure and inspiration. We are also ordering two more sets of the Isaac series for friends who are dealing with difficult challenges right now, and more orders will follow later this summer. They’ll make wonderful birthday gifts. Thank you, Ben. Keep writing, please. Incidentally, I’m promising myself your “to everything there is a time and season” bowl for my own Christmas gift this year.
